Public worship at Yarm Methodist Church

Congregational worship will be commencing again at Yarm from 18th April 2021.

To complie with the restrictions advised by the Methodist Church, it is neccesary to still maintain social distance and wear a mask or face covering whilst in church. Therefore the number of people allowed into the Chapel building is reduced. We continue to ask that people do not congregate together outside after the service is finshed.

From Sunday 25th July, after consultation with the Circuit Leadership Group and after receiving guidance from the UK Methodist Church, we will be continuing with our current levels of safety measures.  We have decided to follow this advice due to the high levels of Covid19 that are being reported in our area. We are relaxing the advice not to sing during worship, however the requirement to wear a mask whilst in the church and whislt singing.

We willl continue to look at the current local advice and hope to be able to relax our current saftey measures in the near future.
